SILVER SPONSORSHIP: SPONSORSHIP OF 1000 €, WHICH INCLUDES:

• Poster presentation during one of the Poster Sessions, and
• Free distribution of company information in the Conference materials, and

STANDARD EXHIBITOR FEE: 500 €, WHICH INCLUDES:

• 1 complimentary registration including coffee breaks, and
• Poster presentation during one of the Poster Sessions.

Please note:

• Your company information to be included in the Conference materials should be shipped (entirely on your expense) to arrive at the Conference venue before August 20^th;
• If you wish the abstract of your oral/poster presentation to be included in the Programme & Book of Abstracts you should send it to the Conference Manager by email before July 15^th;
• The Organizer and the Conference Venue are not responsible for the security of the exhibited equipment or material;
• You organize your own transport (including equipment and materials to be exhibited) and make hotel reservations.
• Please note that all Sponsorship fees exclude Bank transfer expenses.
